National Resource Development Director PURPOSE OF POSITION: The National Resource Development Director (NRDD) will serve as the most senior fundraising leader for the organization, overseeing board, foundation, individual and corporate giving campaigns. He/she will manage a team of staff and work closely with the National Director (ND)/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), executive directors and the board. In partnership with these stakeholders, the NRDD will create and lead the strategic-development plan that will allow World Vision South Africa to continue to support and cultivate its existing donor network, while also diversifying and growing that network to help fund its national expansion strategy.
