National Resource Development Director

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The National Resource Development Director (NRDD) will serve as the most senior fundraising leader for the organization, overseeing board, foundation, individual and corporate giving campaigns. He/she will manage a team of staff and work closely with the National Director (ND)/Chief Executive Officer (CEO), executive directors and the board. In partnership with these stakeholders, the NRDD will create and lead the strategic-development plan that will allow World Vision South Africa to continue to support and cultivate its existing donor network, while also diversifying and growing that network to help fund its national expansion strategy. The ideal candidate is purpose-driven, results-focused and an innovative thinker.

Regional Internal Auditor

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The Regional Internal Auditor reports to the Regional Audit Manager. The Regional Internal Auditor must prove high standards of professional and social ethics and must accept full responsibility as the in-charge experienced auditor for regional engagements of varying size and complexity to include, provides support for planning for the various phases of the field work, carrying the work as delegated by the Senior or Regional Audit Manager (RAM), provide a summary of audit findings, criteria, risks and recommendations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
